The Airport Director of John Wayne Airport develops Airport policy and administers all activities associated with the operation of a medium hub commercial airport. As Airport Director, she is responsible for developing Airport policy and administering all activities associated with the operation of a medium hub commercial airport. She has direct responsibilities for five Airport divisions that include: Commercial and Revenue Development, Finance Administration, Innovation & Technology, Operations, and Public Affairs. She oversees the Assistant Airport Director, County Counsel, Human Resources, Public Works, and Strategic Planning, and manages the $530 million annual Airport budget.

Ms. Reynolds became Airport Director in May 2022. Prior to joining JWA she served as Chief Commercial Officer for the Houston Airport System (HAS) where she managed the airport system’s revenue generating entities, including the In-Terminal Sales, Parking and Ground Transportation, and Real Estate Development & Leasing business units. Prior to HAS, Ms. Reynolds served as the Assistant Aviation Director – Business Planning for Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for four years. 

She is an active member of Airport Council International – North America (ACI-NA), Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC), and American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
