Our Volunteer Ambassador Program is dedicated to enhancing the travel experience by providing exceptional customer service to guests navigating the Thomas F. Riley Terminal.
Volunteer Ambassadors generously contribute their time to assist travelers with friendly, knowledgeable support. They are available to answer questions, provide directions, and help guests feel welcome throughout their journey. Ambassadors also use tools such as iPads and touch-screen monitors to further assist travelers in navigating the Terminal.
At this time, we are not accepting new volunteer applications. Please check back at a later date.
