(SANTA ANA, CA) – John Wayne Airport (JWA) is proud to announce its second consecutive #1 ranking in Customer Satisfaction among large airports in the J.D. Power 2025 North America Airport Satisfaction Study. This recognition reflects JWA’s continued focus on quality and convenience and its investment in improvements that enhance every step of the guest experience.

The study’s satisfaction index model is based on seven core dimensions measuring traveler satisfaction: Level of Trust with the Airport, Arrival/From Airport Experience, Terminal Facilities, Food, Beverage, and Retail, Ease of Travel Through Airport, Airport Staff, and Departure/To Airport Experience. The current model reflects the evolving priorities of travelers and the changing landscape of airport services.
John Wayne Airport excelled in five of the study’s core dimensions, earning Most Trusted among Large Airports in the study:

- Terminal Facilities
- Arrival/From Airport Experience
- Level of Trust with Airport

JWA has consistently ranked among the top airports in the J.D. Power study, securing the #2 position in 2020, 2022, and 2023. It previously earned the #1 spot in 2017 and 2018 and is now reclaiming its top position for two consecutive years, in 2024 and 2025.
