The new John Wayne Airport website received the Excellence in Airport Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experience award from the Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA). The website received the recognition for its outstanding design, communications, accessibility, and navigation. The ACI-NA awards recognize the quality of work, abundance of talent, and creativity of airport professionals and programs throughout the US and Canada.
The new website reorganized and simplified the way information is presented to the traveler and redesigned it to reflect the Airport’s brand refresh. The site was reformatted with a mobile-first design making it easier for the majority of those accessing the information to get it quickly. An updated static hosting site also ensures the site is safe and secure, and provides faster connection speeds.
