NOTICE: Present two Documents of Identification at every step of the badging process.

 

  1. Fingerprint appointment made by Authorized Signer (employer)
    Obtain Application for Identification Media from Authorized Signer
  2. Check with employer for background clearance updates
    Sterile Badge- Walk-in within badging hours to get your new badge printed
    Sterile Elevator Badge- Elevator class is required. Appointment made by Authorized Signer (employer)
