Tenant Design and Construction Guidelines
JWA tenants are required to follow the Tenant Design Guidelines and Construction Manual for all tenant projects. The Tenant Design Guidelines define the acceptable design standards and finishes for projects at JWA and the multi-step process for tenant projects at the Airport, from the Initial Concept Review through construction.

Requesting a Project
To initiate a tenant project please fill out the Project Request/Initial Concept Review Form A. JWA will complete an Initial Concept Review within 30 days from the submission date and the Design Review Committee will schedule a meeting with the tenant. JWA will require Construction Plan Submittal Form B and Final Submittal Form C to be submitted for all projects approved to move forward from initial concept design.
