Important Update for DBE / ACDBE Vendors
On September 30, 2025, the U.S. Department of Transportation issued an Interim Final Rule (IFR) revising the certification and participation requirements under 49 C.F.R. Parts 26 (DBE) and 23 (ACDBE). The IFR was published in the Federal Register on October 3, 2025, and is effective immediately.
