  1. Fingerprint appointment made by Authorized Signer (employer)
    Obtain Application for Identification Media from Authorized Signer
  2. Check with employer for background clearance updates
    SIDA Badge- SIDA class appointment made by Authorized Signer (employer)
    SIDA Driver- SIDA & Driver class appointment made by Authorized Signer
