The shops, restaurants, and rental cars at John Wayne Airport are critical to providing a superior guest experience. We proudly feature Orange County concessions that embrace local flavors, celebrating the diversity our county has to offer and makes our community special.
Periodically, the Airport enters into a Request for Proposal process known as an "RFP." The Airport is owned and operated by the County of Orange, and utilizes the County’s online bid management system, BidSync. All vendors wishing to do business with John Wayne Airport should register with BidSync at https://prod.bidsync.com/orange-county.
When you register, please use one of the following categories:
- (905-34) Concessions, Airport: Food - includes food and beverage
- (905-35) Concessions, Airport: Gift Shops, Specialties - includes retail, news
- (905-36) Concessions, Airport: Miscellaneous - includes anything not covered in the first two categories
You will receive email notifications for solicitations issued by JWA and/or the County of Orange, for the commodities selected in your vendor profile. As a registered BidSync user, vendors also have access to download bid packages, post questions, receive addenda and respond to bids electronically.
Once you are a registered vendor, please submit the Concession Interest Form by clicking here.
Not all County contracts are listed with BidSync; therefore, we ask that you also visit our website at http://www.ocair.com/businessandemployment/bids to view other business opportunities.
John Wayne Airport is committed to our Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program and strongly encourages you to visit and register at https://www.faa.gov/about/office_org/headquarters_offices/acr/bus_ent_program/.
