2018 Best Large Airport Award
For the second consecutive year, John Wayne Airport was ranked as the highest rated airport by J.D. Power for customer satisfaction among large airports in North America. Additionally, this year John Wayne Airport received the highest score of all airports in the study – regardless of size – scoring 815 points on a 1,000-point scale. Moreover, JWA received the highest scores of all airports in four of the six study categories.
