Hours of Operation
Standard parking options are open from 4:30 a.m. to midnight daily and offer short- and long-term parking. Valet parking opens at 8:00 a.m. Parking facilities remain open after hours to serve arriving passengers.

Curbside Valet Parking - $10 per hour up to $30 per 24-hour period
Convenient curbside Valet Parking is available daily on the Departure (upper) Level between Terminals A and B, during the hours of 5:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Guests arriving after 8:00 p.m. will need to call the parking office to retrieve their vehicle. Signage will be posted at the Valet Booth with contact information. All guests may also now request pick-up by texting their valet ticket number to 949-304-5883. Mobile payment is available.
Terminal Parking (A1, A2, B2, C) - $2 per hour up to $20 per 24-hour period
Four parking structures are conveniently located next to the Thomas F. Riley Terminal. The terminal parking facilities have covered and uncovered parking spaces adjacent to or in close vicinity of the terminal. For those dropping off or picking up passengers, A1, B2 and C offer a limited amount of economical
2-hour parking spaces on the lower level near the entrance to the terminal.
Parking Structures A1 and A2 are located adjacent to and directly across from Terminal A (American, Delta and WestJet).
Parking Structures B2 and C are closest to Terminals B (Alaska and United) and C (Frontier and Southwest).
All terminal parking is accessible from the Departure (upper) Level only.
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Electric vehicle (EV) owners can quickly identify where to park and charge their cars with reflective signage and parking space surface markings in all three parking structures at the Thomas F. Riley Terminal.

|EV charging stations in Parking Structures are Level I (110V). Main Street Parking EV stations are Level 2.
Cell Phone Waiting Lot - Free
When picking up passengers, you can temporarily park and wait in the cell phone waiting lot located south of Parking Structure C near the corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Campus Drive. The cell phone waiting lot has 18 designated spaces where visitors can wait in their vehicles, free of charge, until they receive a call or text from their arriving passengers indicating they are ready for pick up.
Accepted Payment Methods and Payment Options
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express are accepted in all parking locations. Debit cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard logos are acceptable.
Changes to the parking system: The parking system at the Airport has recently been upgraded to support EMV chip technology. Please be advised that passengers with "chip" credit cards must leave their cards in the slot until the screen prompts them to remove their card. Also, credit cards must now be inserted in the gray slot on the right-hand-side of the column, instead of the yellow slot.
Apple Pay Users:
Apple Pay is now accepted for payment in all parking locations. Apple Pay may also be used for Ticketless Parking, as outlined below.
Ticketless Options: Passengers can park at any parking location without a parking ticket by using the ticketless parking option. When entering any parking facility, simply insert a valid credit card into the entry column's gray credit card slot - no ticket will be issued to you and no charges will be incurred at entry time. Upon return and exiting the parking facility, proceed to any Express Exit Lane, and insert the same credit card used upon entry for calculation of parking fees and payment.
A receipt will automatically be printed. The SAME credit card
MUST be used for entry AND exit. This ticketless method eliminates having to keep track of a parking ticket while away on travel, reduces wait time at exit, and eliminates waste from disposal of the paper parking ticket.
Express Exit Lanes: Passengers paying by credit card can use dedicated Express Exit Lanes and avoid waiting for a cashier. A receipt will automatically be printed. Cash is not accepted in Express Exit Lanes.
Pay-on-Foot Stations (Parking Structure C only): Pay-on-foot stations allowing for credit card payment of parking fees, prior to returning to one's vehicle, are now available in Parking Structure C on levels 1 and 3. Pay-on-Foot stations allow passengers to pay parking fees and exit Parking Structure C using Express Exit Lanes without waiting for a cashier. Cash is not accepted at pay-on-foot stations.
Lost Ticket or Credit Card: Passengers will be charged the maximum daily rate from date of entry.
Accessible Parking for Persons with Disabilities
Extra wide accessible parking spaces are conveniently located in all parking facilities at the Airport. Vehicles parking in accessible spaces must display a valid Disabled Person Parking Placard or License Plate.
Height Restriction | Parking Garage Clearance
Oversize vehicles may only be parked on the top levels of the A2 and B2 Parking Structures, which have a height clearance of 9' 4". These lots are located across the roadway from the Terminal and are accessible from the Departure (upper) Level. There is no oversize vehicle access to the lower levels. Any vehicles taller than 9' 4" should be parked in the Main Street Parking lot.
