Tours of John Wayne Airport are free to the public and are available for groups of seven to 25 participants. Children must be a least five years of age and/or in first grade. Youth groups must be accompanied by an appropriate number of adult chaperones.
Tours last between 1 to 1½ hours and include information about the Airport’s history, architecture, special features and amenities. They also include a visit to the parking structure for a view of the airfield. For security purposes, tour groups are not permitted beyond the security checkpoints, the Control Tower, or Fire Station.
