Launched in November 2011, the ORANGE COUNTY: Destination Art & Culture exhibition is presented in wall-mounted cases along the pedestrian bridge connecting Terminals B and C. Located prior to security screening, this exhibition space is the perfect place to highlight amazing art and cultural venues based in Orange County. These cases are visible to anyone traveling through JWA – ticketed passengers and visitors alike. The Bowers Museum, one of Orange County’s oldest and largest museums, was the first exhibitor showcasing its landmark exhibition, Warriors, Tombs and Temples: China’s Enduring Legacy. Subsequent exhibitors included the Segerstrom Center for the Arts and five renown Laguna Beach visual and performing arts venues.
John Wayne Airport is pleased to announce the debut of a new OC Parks display showcasing 60,000 acres of parkland and historical space now featured in the Orange County: Destination Art & Culture exhibit through December 2021. Stroll through the pedestrian walkway, connecting Terminals B and C (pre-security) to view the art, history, and culture of Orange County's award-winning parks and programs.
