Mr. Kotchou is an architect with more than 25 years of capital projects experience. Prior to joining JWA, he was with the City of Phoenix for more than 20 years in several roles, including Special Projects Administrator, Aviation Special Projects Administrator, and most recently Deputy Aviation Director, Design and Construction Services.
He led a diverse team on a complex $2 billion Capital Improvement Program for Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Major projects included the modernization of Terminals 3 and 4 and several phases of the PHX Skytrain. His non-aviation projects have included Phoenix Civic Center Plaza and Symphony Hall renovations, Phoenix Criminal Courts Building, TGen Biomedical Headquarters, among many others.
