Services for Travelers with Disabilities

Terminal loading/unloading zones

The white curb areas are ADA accessible on both the departure and arrival levels. Cars may be briefly stopped for loading and unloading. Curbside parking is not allowed. Please do not leave your car unattended at the curbside.

Ground Transportation

Shuttle and taxi companies offer wheelchair accessible vans. For faster service, it is recommended to make reservations before arriving at the Airport.

Parking

Extra wide handicapped parking spaces are conveniently located in all parking facilities at the Airport. Please note that at this time, Terminal parking is accessible from the Departure Level (Upper Level) only.

We offer a discounted rate for disabled passengers in the Terminal Parking Lots (except Valet Parking). The rates are $1 per hour up to $12 per 24-hour period.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available upon request at no cost. For faster service, we recommend you contact your air carrier in advance to arrange assistance or special accommodation.

Visual pages

Visual pages can be displayed on all flight information monitors upon request by calling the Airport Operator at (949) 252-5200 or by dialing 0 at a white courtesy phone.

Telecommunication Devices (TDD)

Telecommunication Devices for the Deaf (TDD) are available on the Arrival and Departure Levels (see Terminal Map).

Elevators

Elevators are located next to the escalators near the terminal exits and at Gates 1A and 14A (for commuter flights).
