Know Before You Go
Before leaving for the airport to pick up your party, make sure you know the following information:
Park and wait in the Cell Phone Waiting Lot or Terminal
When picking up passengers, you can temporarily park and wait in the cell phone waiting lot located south of Parking Structure C near the corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Campus Drive, or in one of the terminal parking structures. Parking in the cell phone waiting lot is free, but spaces are limited. The terminal parking structure rate is an economical $2 per hour, and dedicated two-hour parking spaces are available on the lower level of Parking Structures A1, B2 and C near the entrance to the Terminal. You can then wait for your party in the terminal. Please note that at this time, terminal parking can be entered from the Departure (upper) Level only.
Designated Meeting Place
Arrange to meet your party at one of the color-coded and numbered columns along the Arrival (lower) roadway once they have landed .
If parking in the terminal parking structures, you can wait for your party before security either in the ticket counter area on the Departure (upper) Level or in the Baggage Claim area on the Arrival (lower) Level. International passengers from Mexico will arrive in the Terminal C baggage claim area. Only ticketed passengers are allowed beyond security checkpoints.

Briefly stop at the white curb
Vehicles may briefly stop at the white curb for dropping off and picking up passengers — be careful not to stop at a red curb or other restricted areas as citations will be issued. During peak hours the Arrival (lower) Level roadway can get very congested. Allowing enough time and parking your car will help make your experience less stressful. Curbside parking is not allowed.
Do not leave your vehicle unattended at the curbside!
