Passenger Pick-Up

Know Before You Go

Before leaving for the airport to pick up your party, make sure you know the following information:

Park and wait in the Terminal

When picking up passengers, it is best to park in the terminal parking structures. The rate is an economical $2 per hour, and dedicated two-hour parking spaces are available on the lower level of Parking Structures A1, B2 and C near the entrance to the Terminal. You can then wait for your party in the terminal. Please note that at this time, terminal parking can be entered from the Departure (upper) Level only.

Designated Meeting Place

Only ticketed passengers are allowed beyond the security checkpoints. You can wait for your party before security either in the ticket counter area on the Departure (upper) Level or in the Baggage Claim area on the Arrival (lower) Level. International passengers from Mexico will arrive in the Terminal C baggage claim area.

Another popular meeting place for incoming passengers is the John Wayne Statue, adjacent to the car rental counters between Terminal A and B. Read here about the Duke: John Wayne Statue.

Briefly stop at the white curb

Note: Curbside space is very limited due to construction. View construction alert for more information.

Vehicles may briefly stop at the white curb for dropping off and picking up passengers — be careful not to stop at a red curb or other restricted areas as citations will be issued. During peak hours the Arrival (lower) Level roadway can get very congested. Allowing enough time and parking your car will help make your experience less stressful. Curbside parking is not allowed.

Columns on the Arrival (lower) Level are now color-coded by Terminal color and numbered. Pre-arrange a meeting at a numbered column to easier find your party.

Do not leave your vehicle unattended at the curbside!
