ARTIST EVALYNN ALU FEATURED IN COMMUNITY FOCUS SPACE PROGRAM AT JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT
SANTA ANA, Calif. - A selection of paintings by Orange County artist Evalynn Alu are on exhibit through February 7, 2013 in the Thomas F. Riley Terminal as part of John Wayne Airport’s Community Focus Space Program. Alu's art work can be seen on the Departure (upper) Level near the security screening areas in Terminals A, B and C and on the Arrival (lower) Level near Baggage Carousels 1 and 4.
Alu's preferred media include watercolors, acrylic, sculpture, ceramics, lithographs and photography. According to Alu, "Creating movement filled with emotion of the moment becomes an intriguing experiment for me, laced with my ever expanding knowledge of technique. I am always searching for answers in my art."
The JWA exhibition features acrylic paintings on canvas, as seen below.
