SANTA ANA, Calif. - A selection of paintings by artist Veronica Schmitt will be featured at John Wayne Airport (JWA) as part of the Community Focus Program, accessible for viewing by both the traveling and non-traveling public through January 10, 2011.
Schmitt's paintings usually focus on the study of figures and urban landscapes. "I like capturing a moment in strangers' lives, giving them an aura of mystery," said Schmitt. "I create paintings of places and scenes that capture a moment in life."
