John Wayne Airport Announces the Results of its 2013 Passenger Survey
In December, John Wayne Airport (JWA) issued the results of its 2013 Passenger Survey. Conducted last summer by The Redhill Group, the project included a telephone survey of Orange County residents and an intercept survey of passengers, both visitors and residents, interviewed in the Thomas F. Riley Terminal. The survey was the eighth in a series, conducted since 1994, designed to measure traveler preferences and satisfaction.
JWA continues to earn exceptionally high approval ratings from both residents and visitors. Passengers gave JWA high grades for overall service, satisfaction and convenience, with the highest marks in the areas of safety, customer service and cleanliness of the Airport. Some of the survey highlights include:
"Our 2013 survey confirms that passengers continue to count on John Wayne Airport to deliver safe and convenient air travel," said Alan L. Murphy, Airport Director. "We appreciate the high marks that Orange County residents and visitors have given to JWA and will continue to work with our many airport partners to maintain their confidence and their business."
