EARLY VOTING AVAILABLE AT JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT

SANTA ANA, Calif. – John Wayne Airport (JWA) in cooperation with the Registrar of Voters will offer travelers the opportunity to be among the first to cast their ballots in Orange County’s November 7 primary election. Between Friday, October 20 and Sunday, October 29, the Orange County Registrar of Voters will offer early voting at JWA, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. with the exception of Sunday’s opening at 7:00 a.m. Voters who would like to cast their ballot at JWA must be ticketed passengers, or Airport employees or tenants with valid identification. The voting booths are located at the Riley Terminal Concourse beyond the security screening checkpoints in Terminal B across from gate seven (7).

“By partnering with the Registrar, John Wayne Airport can offer Orange County passengers – even those with the busiest of schedules – greater flexibility to cast their ballots, said Airport Director Alan L. Murphy.”

During early voting, citizens may only vote in accordance with their on-file voter information. Voters who have moved or changed political parties or are not registered need to complete and submit their registration material, which must be processed by the Registrar of Voters before they are permitted to vote. For more information about registering to vote, contact the Registrar of Voters at www.ocvote.com or (714) 567-7600.
