Santa
Ana – John Wayne Airport
(JWA) is pleased to announce
the opening of Brioche Dorée food
court in the center of the Thomas
F. Riley Terminal. Passengers
can choose from a tantalizing
variety of artfully-crafted meals
and freshly baked European pastries
at the new HMSHost concession.
A
long-time favorite in Europe, Brioche
Dorée was founded in Rennes,
France in 1976 by entrepreneur
Louis Le Duff. The restaurant’s
menu features a broad variety of
freshly made sandwiches, innovative
garden salads, tasty soups and
gourmet coffees. All breads and
pastries are baked in full view
of customers, adding theater and
the aromas of your favorite French
bakery.
“Our goal is to provide a pleasant travel experience for our passengers,” noted Alan L. Murphy, Airport Director. “The addition of a new European Café will satisfy the growing demand for premium quality food and enhance the high level of service our passengers have come to expect.”
Brioche Dorée is centrally located between Gate 7 and Gate 8 beyond the security check points. Hours of operation are: 5 am to 8 pm, Monday through Thursday; 5 am to 9 pm on Friday; 5 am to 7 pm on Saturday; and 6 am to 9 pm on Sunday.
John Wayne Airport is a self supporting enterprise, owned and operated by the County of Orange. The Airport served over 9.2 million passengers in 2004.
