JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT ANNOUNCES
13TH ANNUAL HOLIDAY PERFORMANCES

Santa Ana, CA – John Wayne Airport announces its 13th Annual Holiday Festival featuring strolling carolers, barbershop quartets, a mariachi band, accomplished piano players and many more talented performers. Holiday performances begin on Friday, December 13 and will continue through Tuesday, December 24, 2002. A copy of the performance schedule is attached and may also be found on our Web site by visiting: www.ocair.com.

"We are pleased to continue our holiday tradition of providing talented performers for the enjoyment of all our passengers during the holidays," said Alan Murphy, Airport Director. "Our musicians bring holiday cheer to the terminal and smiles to the faces of our busy travelers."

For the last five years, Yamaha Corporation has donated a pair of Diskclavier digital pianos for the entire length of the festival. The digital grand-style pianos will be located near both the Terminal A and Terminal B security screening checkpoints for the enjoyment of all Airport travelers.

The performances begin daily at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. with the exception of the evening of Friday, December 13, when from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. the Orange Coast College Wind Ensemble will perform their annual Holiday Concert opposite Baggage Carousel One on the lower level of the Thomas F. Riley Terminal.
