SANTA ANA, CA
– John Wayne Airport announces its 12th Annual Holiday Festival
featuring strolling carolers, barbershop quartets, a brass quintet, very
accomplished piano players and many more talented performers. Holiday
performances begin on Monday, December 10 and will continue through
Monday, December 24, 2001. A copy of the performance schedule is attached

"We are
pleased to continue our Holiday tradition in 2001," said Alan Murphy,
Airport Director. "Our talented musicians always bring holiday cheer
to our visitors."
This year,
Yamaha Corporation has donated a pair of Diskclavier digital pianos for
the entire length of the festival. The digital grand-style pianos will be
located near both the Terminal A and Terminal B security screening
checkpoints for the enjoyment of all Airport travelers.
The performances
begin daily at 7:00 a.m. and conclude at 3:00 p.m. with the exception of
the evening of Wednesday, December 12, when from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
the Orange Coast College Wind Ensemble will perform their annual Holiday
Concert.
