FLIGHTS CANCELLED AT JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT |

Santa Ana, CA – Following a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) nationwide directive, all John Wayne Airport flights have been cancelled in response to the apparent terrorist attacks earlier today. John Wayne Airport remains closed until further notice. The Thomas F. Riley Terminal has been closed to the public since 8:33 a.m. No aircraft arrived or departed the Airport after 6:38 a.m. Access is restricted to official personnel only. Airport personnel request that passengers contact the airlines for flight information status. In addition, Airport officials ask that the public avoid coming to the Airport, since scheduled flight operations are suspended.
