CRAYOLA DREAM-MAKERS / MILLENNIUM TRAVELER EXHIBITION
TO OPEN AT JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT
Santa Ana, CA Loan Leblow, Interim Director of John Wayne Airport and the John Wayne Airport Arts Commission are pleased to announce the "Crayola Dream-Makers Millennium Traveler" exhibition organized in partnership with the Imagination Celebration of Orange County. The exhibition will be on display at the Thomas F. Riley Terminal from April 10 to May 9, 1999 and features artwork by Orange County students. The exhibition is located on the Arrival Level in the Baggage Claim Area behind Baggage Carousels 1 and 4.
A reception to honor the featured student artists will be held on Sunday, April 11, 1999 at John Wayne Airport on the Departure Level of the Thomas F. Riley Terminal opposite Gate 7.
Crayola Dream-Makers is organized by Binney & Smith, maker of Crayola products. The Imagination Celebration of Orange County serves as the Western Regions host site for this program. The program encourages children from kindergarten through sixth grade to create artworks based on the "Millennium Traveler" theme. Selected submittals by Orange County students will be on exhibit at John Wayne Airport as part of the annual Imagination Celebration Festival.

education. I am delighted to be given the opportunity to honor Orange County participants of the Crayola Dream-Makers program by exhibiting the art at John Wayne Airport," said Loan Leblow, Interim Airport Director.
Following student artists are included in the exhibition: Kevin Benedicto and Amit Parmar from Fairmont Private School in Anaheim; Devyn Difilippo, Edward Henke, Jordan Mau, Philip Nelson, Reiley O'Brien and Mitchell Young from Park Private Day School in Costa Mesa; Alejandra Peralta, Lorenzo Corona and Guadalupe Salas, Jr. from Whittier School in Costa Mesa; Thomas Nguyen from Garden Grove Hill Elementary School in Garden Grove; Samantha Anton, John Gasparino, Evan Hashimoto, Devon Jones, Rishi Madhav and Tyler Marnowitz from St. John's Episcopal School in Rancho Santa Margarita; Lauren Hilinski, Lesley Jensen, Brittany Kane, Parcy Lim, Alison Littke-Smith, Chris Poplawski and Amanda Spera from Loma Vista School in Santa Ana.
The Imagination Celebration of Orange County is a non-profit organization that works in partnership with the Orange County Department of Education and the Orange County Performing Art Center. The theme of the annual countywide arts festival is "Celebrate the Century." The festival offers a myriad of family events taking place at sites throughout the county.
