Public Service Announcement

The sky’s the limit for possible destinations during this summer vacation season, just make sure you get a head start before you leave the ground. With an expected increase in traffic on Interstate 405 during its partial closure, John Wayne Airport travelers are advised to ALLOW EXTRA TIME to get to the Airport, park their vehicles and get to the departure gates. Travelers may wish to take alternative routes via the side streets to the Airport.

The California Department of Transportation, Caltrans, has scheduled a road rehabilitation project on I-405 from Harbor Boulevard in Costa Mesa to Beach Boulevard in Huntington Beach. Construction activity will leave only one or two lanes open to traffic during every weekend in August.
