In previous reports through calendar year 2000, the figures used for "Air Carrier Operations" counts and "Air Taxi Operations" counts were based upon local FAA records. Beginning in calendar year 2001, JWA records have been used for these counts. A comparison of the JWA and FAA counts shows minor differences. The John Wayne Airport counts for "Air Carrier Operations" and "Air Taxi Operations" which are listed in this report are consistent with the records in other reports used by John Wayne Airport to manage and enforce its regulations and ordinances.
