Gensler will provide design and engineering services for Terminal C, which includes development of a Building Information Model. Gensler was the primary architect on JWA's existing Thomas F. Riley Terminal. Gensler is a leading global architecture, design, planning, and strategic consulting firm. Construction Management

Arcadis (PinnacleOne) is tasked with the management and oversight of the construction of Terminal C and Deconstruction of the B1 Parking Structure, which includes the monitoring, scheduling, and evaluation of all ongoing facility construction. Arcadis (PinnacleOne) has provided consulting services to thousands of construction industry clients since 1980, delivering design, management and consulting services for a broad range of private and public buildings, infrastructure and environmental projects worldwide.

MCCarthy Building Companies is tasked with the construction of Terminal C. Founded in 1864, McCarthy is one of the oldest privately owned construction firms in the United States. For 138 Years, McCarthy was a family-owned business until 2002, when the company became 100% employee owned.
