South Remain-Over-Night (RON)

R&L Brosamer, Inc. is tasked with constructing the new South RON aircraft parking area to make room for the new third Terminal C.

Terminal C

Gensler will provide design and engineering services for Terminal C, which includes development of a Building Information Model. Gensler was the primary architect on JWA's existing Thomas F. Riley Terminal.

Frasca & Associates, LLC is tasked with budget oversight and fiscal administration of the John Wayne Airport Improvement Program funding. This includes implementation, evaluation, and coordination of all financial activities of the Airport overall Capital Improvement Program.

Bond Counsel/Disclosure Counsel

Sidley Austin LLP is tasked as acting Bond Counsel/Disclosure Counsel and will advise John Wayne Airport on financial issues relating to the cost and funding for the Airport overall Capital Improvement Program.
