The Ground Transportation Center (GTC) is within easy walking distance from the Baggage Claim areas. It is located on the Arrival (lower) Level in the center between the A2 and B2 Parking Structures and can be reached from the Thomas F. Riley Terminal by crossing the Airport roadway at the traffic light near the John Wayne Statue. Look for coordinators in the GTC who can assist you with your ground transportation needs.

• On-site rental car companies offer convenient rental car services at the Terminal. The rental car counters are located on the Arrival (lower) Level, between Terminals A and B, right across from the statue of John Wayne. Car rental pick-up and return is located on the Ground Level of the GTC.
• Off-site rental car companies are licensed to pick up passengers from the Terminal and shuttle them to their off-site locations. Look for their shuttle vans at the second island of the GTC.
• Door-to-door shuttles provide transportation directly to your destination and are available at the third island of the GTC.
• Hotel courtesy shuttles offer transportation to and from local hotels at no cost and are located at the second island of the GTC. Verify with your hotel that free shuttles are available and if reservations are required.
• Main Street Shuttle provides free transportation to the Airport's remote Main Street Parking lot. The shuttle picks up passengers at the third island of the GTC and in front Terminal C Arrival (lower) Level just north of the crosswalk into Parking Structure B2.
• Taxis cabs and vans are always available at the first island of the GTC. Cabs seat up to 5 and vans up to 7 people.
• The Disneyland ® Resort Express bus pick up is located at the second island of the GTC.
   
• The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) and The i shuttle bus stop is located on the Terminal side of the Airport roadway, south of the GTC.
