AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER

The County of Orange/John Wayne Airport (SNA) is looking for an experienced Airport Operations Officer who will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily airside and landside activities in the John Wayne Airport Operations Division.

The responsibilities of the successful candidate include: Coordinating the daily airside and landside operations activities. Coordinating the provision of security, law enforcement, and Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting. Monitoring and coordinating the activities of air carriers, airport lessees, Fixed Based Operators (FBOs), and concessionaires for compliance with contract agreements, FAA and TSA rules and regulations. Monitoring and coordinating the activities of ground transportation providers for compliance with permit agreements and other regulations. Coordinating initial response to airport emergencies and other incidents, accurately assess situations and quickly determine appropriate action.

OFFICE SERVICES COORDINATOR

The County of Orange/John Wayne Airport (SNA) is looking for an experienced supervisor to provide leadership to a team of dedicated office services professionals.

An integral part of the position will involve the coaching and mentoring of staff, training and evaluating staff including recommending merit increases, rewarding and acknowledging outstanding performance, counseling staff with performance shortfalls and administering progressive discipline as necessary.
