John Wayne Airport/Public Affairs Division/Airport Access and Noise Office has an exciting opportunity for an Airport Access/Noise Specialist II. The position will maintain daily contact with a wide variety of customer groups to interpret and explain the provisions of the Airport's Access and Noise programs, related laws and ordinances; assist airline contacts in identifying problem areas and recommend corrective actions to operating practices and/or procedures to ensure compliance with the noise ordinance and/or other regulatory requirements.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER III - Deputy Airport Director, Business Development

The Deputy Airport Director of Business Development will exercise managerial responsibility in the oversight of the commercial program at JWA including concession analysis, planning, and leasing to enhance commercial revenue for the airport.

This program includes all airlines, food service, retail, rental cars, parking, ground transportation, general aviation leasing and commercial advertising at JWA. In addition to traditional airport concessions, innovative sources of revenue should be considered. This position will also have managerial oversight of critical purchasing and insurance compliance functions that support Airport operations and improvement projects.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER II - Manager, Emergency Preparedness and Security

The Manager of Emergency Preparedness and Security is primarily responsible for ensuring that the Airport Emergency Plan (AEP) and Airport Security Plan (ASP) are kept current and key stakeholders are well-versed in the execution of plans, procedures, and regulatory requirements for each.

This Manager plans and executes mandated as well as Airport-initiated emergency preparedness exercises in collaboration with all Airport Divisions, Airport tenants, contract services (law and fire), and local/state/federal agencies as necessary; and maintain a relationship with the County's Emergency Management Division responsible for the County of Orange Operational Area (OA).

Additionally, this Manager has responsibility for the Airport's Emergency Operations Center (EOC) functionality, equipment, supplies; training of Airport staff for assigned EOC positions; administration of the Airport's employee-based Emergency Response Team (ERT) which includes quarterly meetings, basic emergency response training, and field exercises; maintenance of the Airport's emergency supply cache (food, water, supplies); and budget recommendations related to emergency preparedness and security.
