SANTA ANA, Calif. - A selection of photographs by Orange County photographer Michael Hosey are on exhibit now through September 27, 2012 in the Thomas F. Riley Terminal as part of John Wayne Airport's Community Focus Space Program. Hosey's work can be seen on the Departure (upper) Level near the security screening areas and on the Arrival (lower) Level near Baggage Carousels 1 and 4.

Hosey, who is originally from New York City, moved to Orange County eight years ago after living and traveling abroad. He says, "Although I have been doing photography for years, it was not until I moved to Orange County that I started to show my work." The majority of his works were created using a small collection of vintage film cameras.

The JWA exhibition features a variety of Hosey's photographs, an example of which can be seen below and more photos can be found here.

"Shooting black and white film is a passion and I do all processing and printing myself in the lab and darkroom respectively," said Hosey. "Of course, I also do digital work but I hope to continue with film photography for years to come."
