Lane Closures in Parking Structures

WHAT:
As part of the installation of a new parking system at John Wayne Airport, drivers may experience temporary closures at entrance and exit lanes within Parking Structures A1, A2 and B2. All parking structures will remain open and operational throughout the duration of the project.

WHEN:
Effective Monday, March 21, 2011 through 2011.

WHY:
A new Parking Access and Revenue Control System, or PARCS, will allow the Airport to electronically manage parking spaces and availability so passengers can find a parking space more easily by knowing how many spaces are available and at which levels.

Other improvements underway at John Wayne Airport include construction of a new Terminal C, Parking Structure C and Central Utility Plant.
