For the purchase of equipment, goods and services, John Wayne Airport utilizes the County of Orange On-line Bid Management System called BidSync. Vendors are encouraged to register via the County of Orange Procurement Web site to automatically receive an email notification of bid opportunities. As a registered user, vendors will also have access to download bid packages, post questions, receive addenda, and respond to bids electronically. There is no cost to register.
